Darrin S. Hiban has been with Tri State Commercial, Inc. since 2000 and involved in commercial real estate for over 15 years. As a Partner with Tri State Commercial, he is the Director of Retail Brokerage Services. He has successfully closed transactions with such retailers as CVS, Stop and Shop, Sun Bank, Pathmark, JP Morgan Chase , Bank of America, NY Community Bank , HSBC, Amboy Bank, Kiddie Academy, Blockbuster, Verizon, ATT, T-Mobile, Crib & Teen City Furniture, Pep Boys, Dunkin Donuts, UPS, Raceway Gas, Quick Check, Exxon, Sunoco, TD Bank, Vitamin Shop, Subway, Wendy’s, HSBC, Rite Aide, Sonic, 7-11, Marty’s Shoes, Ryan Auto Group, Applebees, Advance Auto, Sleepy’s, Harmon Health, National Wholesale, Prudential, Cold Stone Creamery, Pollo Tropical, Buy Rite Liquor, among others. Darrin also represents numerous landlords and property owners throughout the NJ region, totaling over 400,000 square feet of retail space. Prior to joining Tri State Commercial, Inc., Darrin served as a Director of Retail Leasing with Renaissance Properties, a leading retail real estate firm, where he was responsible for developing accounts with some of the nation’s top household name retailers. Darrin is a member of the ICSC and is a graduate of Rutgers University. Darrin resides in Marlboro, NJ with his wife, Hope, and their two children.
